When your team is working around dust, fumes or other airborne hazards, the right PAPR can make a demanding job safer and more comfortable.

Start with the work. Welding, abrasive blasting, healthcare and general industrial tasks place different demands on head protection, visibility, airflow and mobility. Loose-fitting hoods don’t require fit testing and can be used with facial hair. Tight-fitting facepieces provide a more compact setup but must be fit-tested.

Then think about all-day wear. Headtop weight, field of view, blower position, battery life and ease of cleaning all make a difference. Gear that feels comfortable and straightforward is easier for your team to wear correctly and consistently.
