Overview

Bullard CC20 PAPR Hood Kits pair the loose-fitting CC20 hood with an EVA or EVAHL powered air-purifying respirator. The hood covers the head, face and neck, provides a wide field of view and does not require fit testing. It can also accommodate facial hair, hearing protection and prescription or safety eyewear.

Choose the right setup

  • PAPR: Choose EVA for standard applications or EVAHL when the work area requires its listed hazardous-location rating.
  • Hood: Choose Tychem 2000 or Tychem 4000, then the required single- or double-bib style. Selected packages also include an approved Bullard hard hat.
  • Included setup: Packages vary by comfort or decon belt, hard hat and whether a charger is included. The breathing tube is matched to the selected hood.
  • Filter: The approved filter is selected separately. Choose the filter for the hazard and approved Bullard configuration before use.

Approved CC20 PAPR configurations with EVA or EVAHL are NIOSH approved. Bullard lists an assigned protection factor of 1,000 for double-bib CC20 hoods and 25 for single-bib hoods. These ratings apply only to complete approved configurations using the correct filter and components.

EVAHL hazardous-location ratings apply only to EVAHL packages. Standard EVA packages do not inherit those ratings.

Warranty: 1-year limited Bullard warranty to the original purchaser from the date of purchase.
