Quality and Environmental Policy

Novarlo is committed to following the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 requirements and to maintain conformance to the requirements of our Quality & Environmental Management System as a provider of Safety Apparel, Work uniforms, and PPE, including Embellishment Services.

We are equally committed to meeting or exceeding our customer expectations, continually improve our processes and to maintaining compliance with relevant environmental and interested parties’ legislation and regulations. Novarlo strives to create a positive impact on the environment through responsible recycling and sustainability initiatives.

Novarlo’s overall goal is to accomplish business objectives while meeting or exceeding both Quality and Environmental needs and expectations of our management, employees, customers, suppliers, and regulators.

To achieve the above stated objectives, Novarlo is committed to:

  • Ensuring that these policies are appropriate to our operations, and its potential quality risks and environmental impacts of Novarlo’s activities, products and services.
  • Commitment to fulfill and comply with all relevant Q&E legal requirements, compliance obligations, customer and product requirements, industry guidelines and any other Q&E commitments made by Novarlo;
  • Striving for continual improvement to enhance Q&E performance;
  • Providing the framework for setting & reviewing Q&E goals, which are established and are compatible with the strategic direction and the context of Novarlo;
  • Increasing customer satisfaction;
  • Protecting the environment and preventing pollution;
  • Ensuring that this system and policies are communicated and understood by all persons working for or on behalf of Novarlo;
  • Making the Q&EMS policy available to the public and interested parties and;
  • Ensuring that this Q&E policy is reviewed and amended, as necessary and appropriate.

We recognize that the responsibilities of product conformity and protection of the environment are shared, requiring cooperation between our employees and top management.  Novarlo will continually improve its quality and environmental performance through meeting standard requirements. This will include setting goals, taking into consideration our business, financial, operational, and legal and compliance requirements and obligations, as well as the views of interested parties.
