Overview
The Bullard CC20 is a loose-fitting supplied-air respirator for workers who want full head, face and neck coverage without a tight-fitting facepiece. Continuous airflow enters at the back of the hood, while the large viewing window keeps the work area easy to see.
Because the hood is loose fitting, fit testing is not required. It also works well for people with facial hair and leaves room for hearing protection, prescription eyewear or safety glasses.
These kits are designed for workplaces that already have a suitable breathing-air source. Choose the hood style and air control that suit your setup.
Choose your setup
- Hood: Choose Tychem® 2000 or Tychem® 4000, with single-bib, double-bib and hard-hat-compatible options. Hard-hat-compatible versions do not include the hard hat.
- F30: For compatible compressed-air systems.
- F35: For compatible ambient-air or Free-Air pump systems.
- Frigitron: Adds cooling for hotter working conditions.
The CC20 is NIOSH-approved as a Type C continuous-flow supplied-air respirator when used with the correct Bullard breathing-air components. Double-bib CC20 hoods have an assigned protection factor (APF) of 1,000; single-bib hoods have an APF of 25. Use Bullard's Pressure Table to check the correct hose, pressure and air-control setup for your chosen configuration.
Warranty: One-year limited Bullard warranty.
