Bullard CC20 Clean Air Box Supplied-Air Systems

If you already have a suitable compressed breathing-air supply, these CC20 packages add the respirator, air filtration and carbon-monoxide monitoring needed for the job.

The Clean Air Box removes water, oil, particulates, odors and organic vapors from Grade D breathing air and monitors for carbon monoxide before the air reaches the worker. It does not create the air supply, so a suitable source of compressed breathing air is still required.

Choose the package based on how many people need to use the system, how far they will be working from the Clean Air Box and whether you need a 5 ppm or 10 ppm CO alarm threshold.

• 1 worker, 25 ft hose: Available with either a 10 ppm or 5 ppm CO monitor.
• 1 worker, 100 ft hose: More reach for larger work areas.
• 2 workers, 100 ft hoses: Supports two CC20 users from one Clean Air Box.

The included CC20 respirator configuration is NIOSH-approved Type C continuous-flow supplied air and has an APF of 1,000 with the double-bib 20TIC hood.

Warranty: One-year limited warranty on the Clean Air Box; two years on the CO sensor and monitor.
