PureFlo 3000 Welding PAPR

The PureFlo 3000 Welding PAPR combines respiratory, welding and optional hard-hat protection in one head-mounted system. The blower, battery and filter sit in the headtop, so there is no belt unit or breathing hose. Choose Helmet if hard-hat protection is required, or Open Frame for a lighter setup.

Choose your headgear

Choose your welding ADF

• Pro Welding ADF92 x 42 mm viewing area, DIN 4 light state, shade 9-13 and 2 arc sensors.
• Pro Deluxe Welding ADF98 x 62 mm viewing area, DIN 3 light state, shade 4-8 / 8-12 and 4 arc sensors.

Both ADF options include grinding mode and 1/20,000-second switching. Pro Deluxe also supports lower-amperage TIG: above 2 A versus above 5 A for Pro.

Head-mounted layout

Keeping the blower and filter off the waist removes the breathing hose and belt unit. That can be useful where a fall-protection harness already occupies the waist or where hoses create snag points. Low-airflow and low-battery warnings are built in.

Ongoing consumables

Plan for replacement HEPA filters, pre-filters, spark arrestor, welding face seal and spatter lenses. Replacement battery/charger, ADF components and optional hearing or communication accessories are also available.
