- Facing $91,456 in penalties, the company has 15 business days to comply, request a conference with OSHA's area director, or contest the findings before the independent Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
- Follows similar violations cited at another work site just one month earlier. This is this contractor's second penalty after a citation for the same hazards in Odessa, Florida in June 2018.
